Well, I had to say legs... as "Lats" didn't cover my enire back. I love the feeling I get when I train my legs... they can inflict the greatest pain on me...
In CLOSE second, I'd say back. Normally, I generally like to train Chest -- but it hasn't been a favorite to do with my shoulder injury... and... lol -- well, I don't like training shoulders or triceps as much as the others...
Guess that leaves Biceps and Triceps tied for 3rd.
Legs are the best cause thats the only time i feel like i am improving my physique. When i was younger, people used to make fun of my legs. But now, they have some size, and everyone can die!!!
I really like training all body parts. Well.... except for hamstrings - they just aren't fun. Although i did ham raises the other day that that rocked! Man did it hurt so good!
chest by far then comes arms always get an insane pump with arms. doing arms while on fina made almost impossible to reach up to adjust headphones, insane pump yeeaaaahhh.
