Fat weight/muscle weight

Larry weighs 200 lbs and has 10% bodyfat.

Larry has 20 lbs of fat on his body.

Out of the remaining 180 lbs, how much is muscle and how much is other stuff like organs, bones, toenails, brain fluid, etc......

I believe I heard for every 1 lb actual muscle you need 3 lbs of fluid to support it... add in skeletal structure, organs, and tendons/ligaments and you aren't left with a whole lot of actual muscle fiber.

Taking that into consideration, Larry would only have at most, 45 lbs of muscle on his body...........Can that be right?

Sounds a little low bro....

hard to tell, (not to say impossible).

There is this X-ray technology (name escapes me right now), where they can separate how much is water, how much is fat, how much is EVERYTHING else (organs, blod, etc).

as far as I know, there is no exact way to tell how much is muscle alone, except for an autopsy, but we don't want to do that, do we?
