I decided to make a log. I believe it'll be very helpful. Trying to lose some access body fat without losing a lot if muscle. Not sure on body fat percentage but I'm 33 yrs old 6' 204lbs. Would like to get around the 195 range.
Mondays workout was...
Flat bench 185 3x5
Fly machine 85 3x12
Decline DB 45 3x10
Push ups 3x12
Tri pushdowns 50 2x10
20 minutes low/moderate cardio. (Jogging around the track)
Tuesday was an off day
