I havent been here for about 2yrs, so Im a little rusty on the posting pics thing. I'm an amature NHB fighter w/ a record of 2-0 (4-0 if you count the illegal fights). I want to post my diet results and pics of progress to motivate myself as I lose BF. My NHB coach will not let me turn pro until he feels I am ready, and that means being in the best possible condition. my next fight is @ the end of March wich gives me plenty of time to lose a considerable amount of goo. The pic is of my last fight 4 wks ago I was 345 because I had a lung infection and couldnt train properly. I would like to get to 295-300 by fight time. I am currently 330 and have been training hard twice a day. am- cardio/ wts, pm- jiujitsu, thai etc. how realistic is it to lose 30 -40# by march? Thx FAM
