I have used Stacker 2 previously and I am considering using it again.

I am having a problem with decisions in that I cannot figure whether I should buy Stacker 2 or Stacker 3.

I have used Stacker2 once before and got really good results (between 10-15 lbs lost).

If anyone has any advice or if anyone has used Stacker 3 before, please feel free to post.

Thanks

BTW, I'm trying to lose between 10 and 20 lbs more. Im not sure how much because I don't know how I will look at the different stages.

just got off of 3 weeks of stacker 2. the only result from the whole thing was a nice headache the last day probably due to some sort of withdrawal of the caffeine or something.

sometimes it was a good fuel for workouts, but i woulnt waste my money again. spend money on good food instead

No, I meant what's her diet?

You can take all the Stacker you want, but if you're on a high carb low fat diet of too few/too many cals, forget it.

I have been to sub 10% bodyfat levels on a few occassions, and I almost NEVER went under 1800 calories, and never used a thermo. People could never figure out how I could eat so much damn food and still get lean. It's because I ate around 400g of protein a day (that's 1600 of the cals right there!) Moderate low GI carbs (cycled), and GOOD fats. I kept my carbs preworkout and immediately post workout, and straight protein the rest of the night. I also trained with extreme intensity (which by nature is low volume), and drank about 2-3 gallons of water a day...very thermogenic. I would personally put a gram of test in my A$$ before I'd take a thermo...I think that highly of them. I suppose risk is all relative.

Oops. My bad. I'll just go over to the corner and assume the postion. Just don't make it hurt to much.
