Best thing is lowering your cals and doing cardio. Alongside that i would go for the ECA stack. I use Flaxseed oil with it too. Dont take it more than 3 times a day, and never after 3/4pm start at low dosages too.
The best dosage is 25mg E, 200 C and 75 A. Many will advise up to 350mg A, imo this is too high taken twice a day.
Make sure you are doing cardio at least twice a week, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Take your first dosage then. Then get a high protien breakfast in along with your multi vits and flaxseed.
Keep carbs to around 40-50% of your normal intake, Keep your protien the same. Supplementing with BCAAs maybe a good option to prevent muscle wastage due to the cut in cals. Remember, the best way to loose fat (and weight) is to burn more cals than you take in....cardio is a must for this. Keep the diet clean too, its no good consuming 1500-2000 cals if it all comes from a pizza for breakfast and a big mac for dinner!
One last thing - Dont use the ECA stack unless you are over 21, and listen to how your own body responds....can be quite dangerous if used incorrectly.
