i had this stuff laying around the house so i put it to use a few times....i ordered SESAME CHICKEN (CHINESE FOOD) with brown rice......so i took the fat magnet pill ike 5mins before eating.and after i at30mins later i crapped out the fat i guess,on das i didn' take fat manet pill, i wouldn'rap fa while...i dont understand.....looking at al this commercals,people saying they lost weight........ and i was like UH........ to many CARBS and shit make u fat........how da hell can people eat crappy take that pill and shit fat out,but its the carbs u have to worry about really...........

Sounds like you are confused!I do not believe all the hype associated with all these so called flat blocking pills.Eat right+train hard and results will come.
