are there exercises that are good for this? I lost some weight and wanna lose more but that area is annoying. I do leg extensions and the leg press.. what else is good? lunges? squats? thanks
 
Yep, unfortunately it's just diet, diet diet.
But keep working with the weights and get your diet work for you.
 
Keep pounding away at training & diet. You lose bodyfat proportionally around your body so that part will go, maybe not as fast as say your upper body, but it will go.

as a note- with respect to female form adiposity, estrogen management is also an option, though it requires both knowledge and experience. it is a much more "advanced" option, and should also probably entail frequent blood tests particularly if aromatase inhibitors are employed.
note2- android adiposity (usually menopause related) requires insulin management among other things.
 
Macro -- does it do anything to wrap the area where YES is applied w/ something like Saran Wrap or say for your waist, one of those neoprene waist dealies?

A couple yrs ago one of my trainers recommended thiomucase, which I also mixed up w/ yohimbine powder & dmso or some ungodly combination, then wrap everything from the left knee, up the thigh, around the waist & back down the other side in plastic (saran) wrap & then go do cardio. Sweat like a MOFO!

sassy - on the thio - ...you sweat lioke a mofo with JUST the saran wrap...its a good way to wring out sub-q fat,....Im not sure susing Burn with it would be benecifial unless you were absolutely sure the burn was totally thru the skin.....either way, the water lost form saran wrap will be "replaced" the minute you drink fluids
