i live in eire so if the fast food joint isnt subway its a kfc, burger king or mcds. i prefer kfc or a big mac from mcds.

Wendys: I would say the nuggets but it you check their site it's not a lot of protein at all. Not as much as I'd have hoped. Maybe one of the burgers for $.99

Boston Market is really good, but kind of expensive. Comapred to the above two, at least.

Finally...somebody said Pizza... I kept scrolling and scrolling down. I love Donato's Pizza. Thin crust with excellent toppings means i can eat more pizza without all that damn bread, excellent!!!

I prefer Wendys. I usually order the grilled chicken sandwich and request double the chicken. I get it with extra onions, tomatoes and mayo, but none of their special sauce (too sugary). I will toss in an order of nuggets because Wendys makes the best nuggets known to man kind.
