Face is a big bloat

Anyone here recommend anything for bloat?

Im on 1G test E and 1G EQ EW. Food intake is big roughly 5000 cals a day and 280 or so protein.

My face is getting quite bloated, even the girlfriend noticed.
 
What are the foods that carry most sodium? I suck at diets, so while I may get my diets down to a good program, I can't really figure out the carbs/protiens/sodiums/fats, etc. per food.

When you go to buy your food think like this. If its still in the same form it came off the tree,out of the ground,from the animal,of the animal,and has not been altered in any way. Its low in salt.

If its in a bag,in a can,in a box,or in a jar most likely its full of salt. Not always true but most of the time it is.
 
drink lots of water
stick with low glycemic complex carbs (whole grains, oats, etc)
low salt

as far as controlling estrogen, the Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - wont aromatize much, and 1g test may or may not create an estrogen problem depending on your tolerence and aromatase levels, so just the above ^^ may control the bloat. if you still need help, try an anti-aromatase like Femera - letrozole - or arimidex or aromasin at low dose and work up.

or you can start with proviron which acts as a mild anti-a and will also make your test more effective by reducing s.h.b.g binding

if you buy your meat at walmart wash i befor cooking it....bc its loaded with sodium

also buy a few diff flavors of mrs dash seasoning no sodium at all

eat alot of low soduim black beans for carbs with your meats....

drink vitamin water instead of gatorade....

no carbs past 5pm is tough omega, cause i go to gym at 9pm and im eating my last carb meal at 7pm.

have 40 grams of simple carbs POST workout that will take care of quick re-glygoenation WITHOUT bloa ting youR ass up over night
 
It's water, man. Get a water dieretic. Lasix is good Adex, except for sides. Or this stuff called Hidroclorotiazia HCTZ. From Mexico.

EXACTLY! i have to run run adex and nolva all the way through when I do test at 750mg or even at 500mg. I personally hate the moon fuking face test gives me.

I never got bloated at all, i used test prop, is test enan really that bad? i was gonna switch to enan for this cycle, but is it realy that much of a bloat causer?
 
Cardio every day. 30 minutes. Add Tren, Var, T3, ECA, NO SALT. Drive with your face out the window at high speed.....flapping will cause fat loss.
Walk around with your cheeks sucked in... Then there is alway Lipo, bro. :jack2:
 
I have a question... what's your cycle / training history and your stats? I'm curious as to why you're doing that much test and *especially* that much E Q? Have you run lower dosages of E Q in the past? If so, do you really notice that much of a different between those lower dosages and 1G? It seems general consensus that anything more than 600mg E Q is a waste. As for that much test, well, everyone's opinion is different regarding test quantities. So, just curious.

The only time I get moon face is when running de-ca, even when running a decent amount of A I with it. With anything else, even if diet is all over the place, I don't bloat up much at all. *shrug*
