after my divorce and the buy out of my company I just didn't have the time to dedicate to eating/training.


I'm not naturally meant to be that large and it took/takes a lot of effort to maintain that.


Im much more comfortable where I'm at now at 200lbs <10% and not doing a fucking thing aside from counting stacks.

So if I don't train I melt away had to clean up the diet this week noticed a tiny gut coming on.. Plus summer is here



I see kids in the gym who swear they are gonna turn pro ( living at home taking the bus to the gym)
One look at them I can tell they aren't going past the national level, but they don't listen

The truly sad thing about this thread is the fact that an individual can be so conditioned by society that he would be in denial about his fagotfulness. The fact that he is pedicuring his brows is enough evidence to convince any gay and homo judiciary that he is a raving homo and yet the individual himself is so far detached that the blatant truth is being pushed out of its conscious mind. This kind of detachment is usually rooted in a traumatic experience where the victim was so far out of control that the survival mechanism of detachment kicked in. I truly believe that this person should seek counseling and perhaps a mode of therapy that will allow him to address his own behaviour and perhaps even be empowered. Faggotry is not frowned upon in this day and age and many faggots have positions of power in our community.

Dudes should never shape there brows if there giving you an arch smack the bitch that is not a good look. Threading in the center so no unibrow and lightly on the outer corners minimal to nothing under the arch.

Check out Etro, they have nice dress shirts..I bought a nice jacket from there also..

Burberry is awesome for casual wear. The only thing is, I have to order everything. I'm xxl in everything...

My next suit will be a Paul Smith or Z Zegna
