hey all, been lifting many years now consistantly, im looking to cut for spring, i have a know of nutritional foods and proper eating habbits, but now i want to know the tricks tips and secrets many bodybuilders use to shed fat for shows etc. I want meal plans, info on when to and when not to eat certain foods, info on when ideal cardio should be done, as well as ideal PWO eating habbits. does anyone know of any good informative books that are in simi lamnance terms? somthing easy to read/follow would be nice but somthing covering the basics as well as very in depth at the same time
