What is the colour of the ink used for the date and lot# on the amp?

the ink used is black, it is not smooth it seems to be imprinted.

I always thought Extraboline was discontinued about a year ago? Is it still in production?

THEY did stop making them about a yr. ago , these are the last of them . so i was told.
