stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Dec 2, 2019 #2 cleans, but hard to do them at the gym. you can buy a mat, bar, and some rubber weights at home and do them. also do them with proper form or you will absolutely wreck your discs and with your neck issues already i would be very very careful

P0N Chairman of Board Chairman Member Dec 2, 2019 #3 Shrugs, cleans, overhead press, etc. You can use lighter weight and more reps if need be.
