Most people don't train hard enough and don't eat enough. I saw some dude in the gym the other day and he worked out his shoulders for like an hour and a half. Mostly side laterals and various cable excercises. If you go balls out you could probably effectively get shoulders trained in 30-45 minutes. Sorry, just had to rant.
well, 4 years of lifting my shoulders had been totally lagging. i revamped my shoulder routing to
4 sets military barbell presses
4 sets military db presses
those get switched around which comes first
3 sets of some new shoulder exercise where hands come from waist with insides of wrists pointing forward and bring your hands over your head
3 sets of machine side laterals
3 sets of cable side laterals
3 sets of db side laterals
3 sets of front db raises
3 sets of reverse flies? name? hehe
5 supersets upright rows/shrugs
my delts have grown tenfold in 6 months, they have surpassed my arms now and i have striations starting to show. this takes me about 1-1.5 hours depending on how many fucking people are in my way at the gym GRRRRRR
