Did you know that the addition of dextrose makes creatine utilization at least 160% better?
Did you know that Ultrapure™ creatine is the new millennium purity standard since it's absolutely the purest and best creatine right now?
Did you know that at least 75 grams of dextrose is needed for significantly more insulin release?http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sci/creax.html
I use UltraPure, the Scitec version. If i was to use the gatorade mix for that much dextrose, it would be about 70 g of sugar , that seems like such overkill. what do you take yours with?
Thats a LOT of sugar. I notice that is from someone selling creatine. Be careful about ads and studies. Supplement companies have been known to lie and streeeeeeeeeetch the truth (naaaaaaaaa!!!!!)

By the way...for all of you low carbers.....ALA and just a limited addtion of glucose would be the more sensible way to go. Add some vanadium/vandyl sulfate to the ALA and you could avoid the sugar almost entirely. Granted....you WILL NOT get the same effects from a dextrose addtion. Again...these suggestions are made NOT to compete with Dextrose's effects on Creatine; but to substitute Dextrose's effects without increasing carb intake. Again, for all you people out there who can't read: I'm not saying you will get the exact same effectiveness!
If you really wanna go cheap replace the gatorade with straight dextrose. I bought mine at a bulk food store for 77 cents a pound (and that's Canadian funds!). I think the next cheapest place to get it would be a beer/wine making store (one of those brew your own type stores).
