Hola. Finally got a weight bench with leg attachments reclinable positions etc. Yah. Actually putting on some weight. Got a question now. I've been doing like the same 4 exercises for prolly 3 months now, and want to "upgrade" For instance, I have heard of a seated row, chest flys etc. But! How does one go about doing such stuff? Could somone recommend a book on lifting, proper technique, form, reps, motions etc. (I like the word etc)

Check out a bunch of books at your public library. Don't waste your money on it. If you read enough of those books you can get an idea for a routine.:)
 
Also, since you have the internet, just look up some info. on training routines. You'll probable find some information on some routines which include "how to's". Just plug in some keywords at a Search Engine like google or alta-vista.
