Hola. Finally got a weight bench with leg attachments reclinable positions etc. Yah. Actually putting on some weight. Got a question now. I've been doing like the same 4 exercises for prolly 3 months now, and want to "upgrade" For instance, I have heard of a seated row, chest flys etc. But! How does one go about doing such stuff? Could somone recommend a book on lifting, proper technique, form, reps, motions etc. (I like the word etc)
