Everyone has it... Protien Gas

This thread is killing me.

I just cleard both the guy's the office today and I might need to install mud flaps on the toilet,the protein is kicking today. LOL
 
I found that beanos, are a great help. Also, natural plant or fruit enzyme pills help alot also. Papaya is a good one.

One thing that may help out, as much as it sounds like a contradiction in terms, is plain old yogurt. But it has to be one with live (active cultures) in it.

a lot of people who take anti-biotics or pills for depression or ADD, lose the live cultures in their stomach, due to the side effects of the pills. Eating about 7 ounces of yogurt a day, will help get those live cultures back, and then it will help with the break down of protein and other food products in the stomach.

Try it for 2 weeks, that is the recommended time period, but you have to eat it every day for the 2 weeks.

let me know how it works. Also, heating up some chopped up fresh ginger in hot water with help a whacked out stomach too.
 
Increase Fiber intake to always be co-injested with Protein meals.

use Ginger root caps to helps as well with digestion

You must not eat a bunch of eggs. BV of eggs = 100

Regular or I should say typical protien does very little to me. meaning chicken, whey etc only specific ones do. Eggs are number one on the not so good to be around list. Red meats a distant second
