I found that beanos, are a great help. Also, natural plant or fruit enzyme pills help alot also. Papaya is a good one.
One thing that may help out, as much as it sounds like a contradiction in terms, is plain old yogurt. But it has to be one with live (active cultures) in it.
a lot of people who take anti-biotics or pills for depression or ADD, lose the live cultures in their stomach, due to the side effects of the pills. Eating about 7 ounces of yogurt a day, will help get those live cultures back, and then it will help with the break down of protein and other food products in the stomach.
Try it for 2 weeks, that is the recommended time period, but you have to eat it every day for the 2 weeks.
