Ever wonder if maybe this is hell?

I do not think so. First of all not all kind people die young and not all evil people die old. You are making a statement based on little fact. Good people arise from bad people and bad people can only be if good people exist. If your life feels like hell or you think that the world is the true manifistation of hell then it is your fault.

First, this is not heaven or hell. Life is just pain. Anything that is causing your pain or slump is being cause by a desire. The desire of you wanting to have something is causing your pain. Life is desire, desire is pain, end the desire and end the pain. This is from Buddha, which I do not follow, but it makes sense.

Second, how can you prove that Earth is not Hell. On Earth, bad things have always happen and good things have always happen. One can not exist without the other. As heaven can not exist without hell, and good can not exist without bad. Do bad things happen in Heaven? No. Do good things happen in Hell? No. So this state can not be one of either, right.

Hmm... interesting concept. I've often wondered if this is infact a reality... or just some simulation.
Citrus

I use to always get in those starnge thinking sessions while alone or something. I would wonder if everything was like set in play and I was to choose different situations. I sometimes think I'm the only one in my reality and everyone else is a simulation like you say.

maybe we're both just wacky like that. Well me anyways.

No, it is normal to think like that. It is human nature to be selfish, specially American nature. Most of us belief we are the star of a play that is our life and that the play ends when we die. It is way of portraying our self mentally as more important that what we really are.

Desire has nothing to do with some types of pain. Unless you think having the desire to not have some kind of physical ailment that causes great pain is a desire.

Indeed.. If there is a heaven and hell.. if there is a god and devil.. I am in satan's watch right now.. I feel like im in Hell if there is such a thing.

LMAO! Like I said earlier, I'm not as weird or original as I thought. I have thought this many times. Maybe I am the only one that is real and everyone and everything else is a figment of my imagination.

Is wanting to not have some kind of physical ailment that causes great pain not a desire?

Is wanting your mother not dying a desire? Is wanting your child not to die a desire? They are all desires. You can not end desire, it is un human. We all suffer from pain that comes from desire. This is why life is pain.

lol. Life can not be a simulation or a figment of ones imagination because a simulation mimics something real, so life is real. And if it was a figment of your imagination then the world comes from your mind, so no one could be smarter than what you are right now or even awnser your questions, and this being the least of happens. Thinking that way is always good though :)

I like that. Its like asking how we can comprehend something that is beyond us, much less something that created us. If God, created us, then how can we concieve of him or of heaven and hell?

It does fit out dualistic view of the world though. For good to exist there must be bad, black and white, hot and cold, pretty and ugly. We communicate our thoughts in a relative fashion so in order for heaven to exist, hell must exist to counterbalance.

Its funny because the more we think about it the more wrong we get because nobody has ever died. Its like if Huck and I were trying to build a rocket ship. I have no clue how to, Huck probably does actually, but for the sake of argument, doesnt either. We can put our heads together and try to figure it out, draw up blueprints and the further we get, the further we get from a rocket ship, because we had no base to begin with.

I with the Buddhists, just live by karma rules and find out what happens when you die, just like everyone else has to.:D
