if it is worth it or not? Ask me I am a beauty addict I have tried tones of stuff and more then happy to provide a review for my ladies of elite. :)

How about best hair conditioning treatment? I get highlights and flat iron so I need to start doing more extra treatments. I have used Bumble & Bumble Deeep before and it was pretty good. Any suggestions?

Hey, just thought of something.. Could we add another forum in the ladies section like the "Beauty Shoppe" or "Elite Beauty" (just to give you an idea). That section would be a place where we could post reviews on a product we tried or ask a question relating to hair, skin, nails, tanning, makeup, etc.. What do you think ladies yes, no or maybe so? A lot of us have extensive knowledge of products & procedures, which may help other members.

best lip plumper and foundation primer ( if u use it)??

The best lip plumper I have ever used is Lip Fusion XL no I am not going to lie it is bloody expensive $50 a tub but you apply it at night to produce collagen production it doesn`t really tingle as it meant to help lips become fuller. I honestly don`t know if it makes a difference long term but I have had the same tub for 6 months and use it every night still not out keeps my lips nice.

There is a product I loved and it did work urban decay big fatty lip plumper but they discontinued it the new one blow dry I have nothing special.

I do really like buxom for bare minerals as well as MAC plushglass of the two I would say buxom is better and over all better bang for your buck.

Primers really depends on your skin type:

Rimmel Fix & Perfect Foundation Primer is very good for a drug store primer.

Most all skin types will work very well with Makeup forever HD primer it comes in diffrent colour as well to correct any skin problems. For example redness you would get the green to cancel it out basic colour theroy. This is not a cheap product eithet but it is worth it IMO.

Lastly Smash box photo finish is very good very oil or combination skin that is what I have. I must say that MAC`s matte gel is pretty much the same as well and I prefer that it is in tub vs a pump.

HD exlier from make up forever is very good on dry or mature skin.

I have tried everything because I colour my hair as well and I have to say Pantene Pro V conditioners I always come back to them and love how my hair looks and feels with them. The only high end product I have found to come close to that is K-Pack but for the price point may as well go with Pantene. However just one thing if you have thinner hair it can weight it down if you apply it to more than tips and ends. My mom has much thinner hair then I but she still uses Pantene but makes sure to only apply it on the ends.

If you heat style your hair at all ALWAYS ALWAYS use a protector I am big fan of Moroccan argan oil based products. Another very good drug store option is Tresemme thermal creations heat tamer spray.

Also lastly from my experience it is good to give your hair a break from highlighting especially if you want it to grow. This is the main reason I went dark. I`m going to try not to bleach my hair for at least a year to help it grow with minimal damage.

The girl talk forum is not yet active enough for that if we get it more active then we could have a good case to do that. I would love that to be honest for now any beauty tips advice etc feel free to start a thread about it on girl talk. My goal is to have this forum rocking and rolling in 2010.

I have to second the pantene pro-v

it makes my hair soft and smooth w/o making it greasy....quite a feat for my dry hair w/ oily scalp

Is this it Clinique City Base Compact Foundation SPF 15

Buildable coverage glides on as a cream, then turns into a silky powder. Imparts a soft, matte finish and also defends against environmental damage. Oil-free. Long-wearing.

Apply after 3-Step Skin Care System. Use sponge applicator, apply starting in center of face and blend outward. Remove with makeup solvent.
