i did me lower/events today and although the gym work wasnt impressive i set pr's in events. today was my 1st time doin events in 3wks and my 2nd workout in 2 wks.
chain suspended close stance gm's w/ avg bands- 315lbs + bands
squat- went up to 315
conans wheel- 555lbs for 1.25 turns that was my old pr but i thought it was decent bc i felt really weak today
farmers walk- 235lbs for 117 ft(64ft pr)
stones- finally learned to shoulder the stone(too short for boston platforms) and got the 160. then got 190 shouldered and walked bout 25ft to load on the 61" platform
i was really happy with today. i guess the layofff did me alot of good actually.
