I am interested in SUPPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES and NUTRITIONAL APPROACHES (post-suppl. Meals) concerning EVENING WORKOUT SESSIONS.
I would appreciate:
1. individual experiences, adopted strategies (and why it works or why it was adopted), etc;
2. article references to the endocrine aspects of such choices – circadian aspects of energy metabolism, etc.
