I eat dinner around 5 pm, so obviously I get hungry the rest of the night. I am trying to lose 10-15 lbs while maintaning as much muscle as possible. Would fat free yogurt with a couple fresh strawberries cut up in it be too much sugar at around 7 pm ? I eat 5 egg whites at 9 pm and casein protein around 11 pm. I am just worried about the yogurt.
