Things that can ^ T (from my very limited knowledge) :
* Blocking aromatase
* stimulation of LH
* Environmental Factors (Winning a game, sexual stimulus, sunlight)
When T is converted to E, the hypothalamus stops releasing gonadotroping releasing hormone (GnRH). GnRH is responsible for stimulating the production of LH. LH is responsible for the production of T.
Blocking aromitase prevents T from being converted to E. Which means GnRH production can continue -> LH production can continue -> T production can continue -> ^ in T.
Now, back to this longjax stuff.
If E. longifolia blocks aromitase, you won't have a significant increase in T, Nelson, because you're on HRT. Same thing with 6-oxo, and I would assume anastrozole or letrozole would give you a similar result.
Who knows what E. longifolia does? I mean, besides increasing facials in rats. What does it really do?
I took today 600mg at 7:15 am. I'm going to take another 600 mg. now 10 am. I'll post again.
A bit off topic: anyone try cortex cinnamomi?
