At least you're honest. There's no way I could choose my child. But that would suck to die a horrifying death.

I would probably go with killing myself. but who knows what our reactions would be withthe "gun to our heads."

I think if a person was somewhat submissive or subordinate to the other person, he/she would be more likely to die for him/her.

Good point. Some might chicken out. A gun wouldn't be painful compared to other methods. How about being chopped up slowly with a machete? I just wonder when it comes right down to it, how many would have the courage to make that decision.

But I don't have much fear of death or pain even when I am happy. It is as if I simply was born without much of a drive for self preservation. So i would die.
