Estrogen Gyno or Progression Gyno ? How do you know????

Gyno prone? / Nolva for nothing?

Hey Guys thanks for the great info, but:

1) When you say over and over the phrase: "If you are Gyno prone", How for god sake do I know if I am a Gyno prone guy?


2) I notice some puffiness in my nipples, is that GYNO??
Or is it just water retention?
Do I have to feel real pain ?

Most guys told me not to take Nolvadex throughout the cycle, if I don't have real signs.

What's your suggestion? Nolva or not Nolva? Gyno or not Gyno?

Fit - Your nipples will get a little puffy and sensitive from the increased androgens in your body. However, if you notice them getting sore to the touch and itching, then you are starting to develop gyno.
