Most of what you read and conventional wisdon is when it comes to long and short esters; is that you run long esters with long esters and short with short. I have done losts of reading about this and cant find out why. What is the phisollogy behind why you should match compounds with the same ester?

you dont have to match them whatsoever... that is simply an idea based on convenience and making more sense but you can absolutely mix long and short esters... look at sustanon bro, thats a mix of long and short already...

It makes the most sense to combine short esters together and long esters together because then the drugs kick in and clear out of the body at roughly the same time
