EQ is generally though to be slightly more androgenic than nandrolone so it isn't considered a strong androgen. The problem with EQ is it is in a long acting ester and if bad sides come on then you simply cannot bail out of the cycle like you can with an oral.
Personally I don't think 25 mg per week would do much of anything. If she decidres to use EQ then 50 per week would be better and quite moderate still.
If you are looking for a mild roid then you should really seriously consider anavar at 10 mg per day. The Denkall brand is REAL and not that expensive.
EQ may cause increase in appetite and some bloat is possible. The usual zits, oily skin, etc. As Realgains said - there are other lighter alternatives.
Is this person preparing for a competition? What is the goal & where is she at now (i.e. how long training, diet, etc.)?
My personal opinion - if you have availability - go for a light anavar cycle and diet / trainng , or skip the var & just refocus teh diet & training. Keep it simple.
