My first cycle was anabol (Oral) , seconf cycle : naposim and testosteron ( oral) , third cycle : Deca 200mg/week , test cyp : 400 mg/week , winstrol and naposim . last cycle : Dianabol only .
i am planning on taking :
Week 1-12 >> Eq : 400mg/week
Week 1 -12 >> test cyp : 400 mg/week maybe 500 help me out ...
Week 1-10 >> Deca 200 mg/week
week1-12 : Proviron
Week1-12: Viatmin b-6

Clomid 3 weeks . i want to add something to my pct that can be bought from a pharmacy cz i cant buy online ... a little help plz

i want to add 8 kilos is it possible ?? i stoped working out for 2 months ( Back injury) i lost about 5 kilos so it is possible to add 8 kilos right ?
 
age 24 i know im young but im going to do it anyways ...

weight : 160 pounds

DIET
9 am : 1 cup of oats , 6 eggs (whites) , cup of skim milk
10 am : pre workout proteine ( nitrotech nop-47)
12 pm : post workout proteine shake 2 scoops ( 50g proteine) with 4 rice cackes i eat them in the gym immediatley after training be4 my cardio
1:30 pm : 2 chicken breast , chicken soop , brown rice
4:00 pm : Tuna with pasta and salad and sometimes filet with potato
6:00 pm : fruit ( avocado 1 , 1 apple , 5 slices ananas , 2 kiwi , 1 banana with proteine shake 25 g proteine)
8:30 pm steak 3 slices with 1/2 cup of brown rice and salade
10:00 pm : proteine shake

Btw sundays i eat like a ghorellla annything i see cackes , chips , annything

Ive been training for 4 yers bu i had no expirience at all i still need some i know ... ( i started my diet 2 weeks ago ) i did not have a diet ... and i dont know if i should add some more carbs to it ? ...
