Eq and Whinny?

It depends what you want from the cycle. I only gained around 10 pounds BUT I was using it as a cutting type cycle. It was my first cycle and I ate low calories BUT I also lost a bunch of fat and hardened up a lot.

I dont take in a lot of calories, but I do eat a lot of protein. I take the EQ twice a week, where I take the whinny every two days. I want to gan some mass, but mostly just harden up, and get cut. Should I change what I do? Also, how many times a week should I go to the gym?

Bro sounds like you should do a little more research before you start using AS. After awhile you will know how your body reacts and recovers to lifting, thus you will know how many times you should be lifting per week. You should be constantly changing your work outs in order to keep your muscles from adapting to a certain routine

Peace and good luck Boxer10

1 day a week at the gym should be plenty............j/k. you should know your role before you even consider gear!

I think you are taking my question of how many times a week to go to the gym out of context. I meant to ask if I should continue as I did before going on, or should I turn it up. I should have been more clear.

sorry posted thread w/o finishing.

No im not happy, now. Instead of being wise ass's, help the dude. Didn't you guys ever have any questions?

toughasnails- i never juiced, but a friend of mine has, and he said to continue working out as you do, if that workout was showing results. if not you may want to switch it up, you have to shock your muscles.

good luck.

Most people start juicing because they aren't making progress with their workouts. Hence the glut of juice monkeys who don't know shit about lifting or the drugs they take (Generally these posters fall into this category). Before you start taking drugs you should do all your research and have a verified plan of action. The board is more helpful if they don't think someone's an idiot (i.e. starting drugs before having a clue what to do with them).

That being said - if you are training for size/strength, train 3-4 times per week and make sure you are deadlifting (the powerlift not the stiff legged variety), benching and squating. The rest in just icing on the cake.
