Epistane hair loss

Hey guys, I bought some epi a few weeks back but I'm now scared to use it, as I have just started having a hair loss scare. I am on nizoral shampoo and minox twice daily but was wondering... Is it enough to prevent what epi would do?

I'm prone to hairloss and never had an issue on epistane, I use niz shampoo 3times a week and n2shampoo everyday though
