Ephedrine

What's the most you should take a day?

RIght now I'm taking 24mg 3 times a day.

Also is there anything else that works as well as ephedrine?

Thats fine, I take 30mg 4 times per day when i use it for cutting

For me 50 mg a day and I'm already supressing my cravings. You gotta love ephedra dude!!!. I'm mixing ephedra + Lipo 6 and 2 weeks later i've already dropped 4 lbs of crap.
