Do you use Eph HCl when doing high intensity cardio ?

I tried it for long cardio session at medium intensity and it helped but what about it for a shorter session where your heart is already in the 140-190 range ?
 
I was just going to post somthing like that, becuase I also have tried long cardio session at medium intensity.
Anyone?
 
I use it, and I use a lot of it.

I do cardio almost every morning.

An hour before lifting, I take 60 MG.

On intense cardio (track), I take 80 MG an hour before. On lighter ones I take 60 an hour before.

So I take between 120 and 140 MG a day. I may increment it up.

I suggest you start with 40 mg and see what happens.

oh, and f-ing a, drink a ton of water. When using ephedrine you need to drink a lot or it will kill you. Literally. Idiots who dehydrated is why ephedra got banned.

The test is this - clear urine. Make sure you keep your urine clear.
 
That's alot of Ephedrine !

Do you combine it w/ caffeine to produce a synergetic effect ?
 
Yes, I do combine it with a vivarin. This week I'm trying to get 20mg of the E from a thermogenic that has a caffine blend (Themo Hydroxycdrine - the stuff with the E hcl) and some other questionable stuff.

But note that caffiene is a diuretic, making your body loose more water than it would otherwise. You need to drink more water.

Have you been doing this a long time? Have you NOT attenutated to this amount yet? :confused:

That's the problem with ANY stim.....you need more, and more and more to achieve the same "effects". Then, Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome (over-taxing of the CNS) becomes INEVITABLE! And that's no fun (been there).

Also: try some green tea in place of the caffeine.....more fat-burning effects (Brown Adipose Tissue) and healthy polyphenols and EGCG's.

I have since quit Ephedrine. Twice. And it was banned. And unbanned.

I currently don't use it except for races and I might use it in the gym again.

The reason I don't use it for TRAINING is because I am not sure I derive a benefit and because it throws my HR off, and I use the HR zones to train. It makes my HR artificially high. And I have a hard enough time keeping it in Z2 to begin with.

Races, yes. Before the gym, maybe. Still thinking about that one.

I do use some Caffiene but have cut back a lot.
