Dosage obviously depends a lot of the person and how well he/she reacts to stimulants but I'd say 20-25mg.

Best product available. I honestly don't know and don't think there's any significant differences between different products.

In Canada you can buy ephedrine as a nasal decongestant. It comes in 8mg tablets
