I was wondering if anyone could tell me if ephedra is ok to take out of competition even though I get drug tested randomly.
From what I understand..you can't take ephedra in competition but is okay to have out of competition...is this right?
Also, what is the best pill to loose weight/burn fat that will not make me test positive?
