EPA/DHA ratio

What is the best EPA/DHA ratio ?

as far as I know the lower the ratio the better

I thought optimally it should be 3:2 EPA

I shoot for 10g fish oil daily, standardized for 30% EPA/DHA, where I'll get roughly 1800mg EPA and 1200mg DHA

yup, most fish oils are 180:120 EPA/DHA.
I guess you could consider yourself lucky if you could find a higher one.

If I have found some 240/200 (EPA/DHA) "huge" softgels

Better, IMO because we need more DHA than EPA :supercool

just as cheap? because from a ratio perspective.. it's not THAT much difference

would you recommend this dosage for anyone?

I just picked up some caps at 180/120
