Try a premade drink called "Launch" It's basically a carb/protein drink with stimulants in it. It's tasty too. I can't remember who makes it, but it comes in a blue bottle.
I was just going to post about this. after I had completely changed my diet, I have found that I have more energy to expend throughout the day. eat for the next two hours until I go to sleep, is what I normally do. works for me
Train three days per week on a three way split. Mon-Wed and Friday.
Eat an hour before working out...include carbs.
Drink any energy drink during the workout.
Work outs should be short with lowish volume and dome in 45 minutes or less.
