quick mixing instructions:

BLEND! one large table spoon with one large glass milk, or with unflavored Isolate or your favorite protien powder
2-3 times a day

if you can't use a blender do this:


if you dont have a blender dry shake the EnerG with your protien powder for about 30 seconds then add liquid and shake again

Big bump. This product is amazing. Think G-Plenish, but better. The flavoring isn't 1/2 as bad and the mixability is better. The results have been great. Increased LBM, great against the common cold, reduced DOMS. It is cheap too.

I know it sounds like a freaking infomercial, but I truly believe it is a worthwhile product.
