Ive never been a endurance athlete and i never timmed myself running or took counts of my rbc's to dial in a specific dosage but when i took eq my endurance deff went up, maybe i got lucky idk.... And it deff wasnt a plecebo effect becouse i had no idea about that effect untill i was feeling it an started searching around and others have also felt what i was feeling..... Maybe if you are a endurance athlete and run everyday and train hard and then take eq it wont do shit an might hurt u... And maybe if your a reg guy like me and dont do alot of running then get on eq it will boost ur endurance to ur potential faster.... I have no idea theres prolly a million variabals and diff ways of testing to prove or disprove theroys... All i can tell u is my experience witch eq has boosted my endurance.
