Endurance/Performance Gear

We talk a lot on here about building strength/power/size, but do any of these compounds improve endurance training. I know there's gear that actually makes cardio activity tougher, but what's out there to increase your performance in a race or training? Thanks in advance.
 
I read something about tbol and back in the day the germans give it to their olympians to give them an edge over the comp. I would hope they to trials or tests before they'd administer it to world class athletes.
 
Any AAS that increases RBC will benefit endurance BUT too high RBC hurts endurance big time. End result is it takes careful monitoring of YOUR RBC and training to find that sweet spot, which is usually very small and requires a lot of time, energy and money in blood work to find.
 
Erythropoietin isn't an AAS, but its a hormone that you can buy that ups RBC count which will increase endurance specifically. Popular with cyclists in the early 90's.
 
I had great results with AAS and endurance, but my running was never more then five miles in 30 minutes. The dosage required is a lot less then what is required for bodybuilding.. I found that 500 of test prop worked great and I even went up as much as 700 when I took sust..

6min/miles is friggin good for 5 miles. And the test helped you get to that competitive level? Were you doing hills and repeats in your routine to get benefits from the aas?

Be warned, when it comes to endurance, as Ive stated, AAS is not a one size fits all cycle like it is for building mass. What worked for someone else could cause your endurance to goto hell.
