Endomorphic Juicers Please Respond

ok this might sound a little out there but i was thinking since im an endomorph would there be any selection of gear that i would be better off with?, are their any secrets that i should know being an endomorph and body enhancing?

ok for example describe a endomorphic cutting *steroid* cycle the reason i ask that it seems i have no prob getting jacked on my own but when i diet thats when shit hits the fan

ps... im the only one in my fam thats an endomorph ...so all the diet advice ive been ever given was from an ectomorphic point of view

I am in the same boat bro. I can grow easily on fairly low cals, but cutting is awful. It's a work in progress. AS that or more anabolic and less androgenic like fina winny or eq, or some combo. I blow up on test so when I cut I keep it at a low dose work best. I probably should only use anabolics and avoid most androgens, but I just love to bulk and Dbol and test are sooooo good. I just can't resist. You need to do a lot of cardio and diet. fina was great last time for me, but this will be my first time w/ inj. Last time I used DMSO. It's fat burning and hardening effects should be great for people in our situation. Good luck bro
 
I too am an "endomorph". Some good advice has been given here wih reguards to more anabolic, less androgenic, also heavy anti-e's. Also, if doing deca or fina, use an anti-p like winny or RU-486. I know my body fat is high compared to a lot of these taller leaner guys, but I know I had my waist down to a 33 at one point and that was doing like an hour and a half of stairmaster a day, which is unrealistic to do on a continual basis. So I stay around 34-36 , im 5'5" and one of the stroingest m'fers in my gym benching 365(not trying to boast as I know many guys on here are way stronger).strength is the endormorph's advantage, use it!
 
Classic endomorph here.I was always a chubby kid,and BF has alwys been a troublesome area for me.As DCS stated,you have to be very careful with the estrogen converting androgens,as hightened estrogen levels REALLY impact us endomorphs from a lipid-accumulating standpoint.I have found the magic bullet for it though-Arimidex.Nothing keeps you in a more ideal state ,body-comp wise as running this stuff concurrently with aromitizable compounds.It creates the IDEAL anabolic environment,one rich in androgens and starved in estrogenic circulation.This combo makes you harden up and keeps the fat off.Great stuff.I will never run another cycle without it again.

do you recomend 1gram or .25 of armi ed thru cycle..here is my upcoming cycle (that stuff is expensive)

prop/fina blend 50mg each
winny 50 mg tabs ed..(wang chungs stuff)

Georgie-I use the 20ml,4mg/ml liquidex,and I run it at 1/4 cc daily,although I could get away with running it EOD.I just like the 'spillover' effect from running it daily,as my muscles seem to have a harder feel to them when I run it in such fashion.
 
Typical fat bastard genetics here. Some tried methods are definately cardio and diet.

Diet should be low carb to minimize insulin's fat promoting effects, with high protein and moderate healthy fats (flax, hemp, and fish). The omega-3's help improve insulin sensitivity and promote nutrient repartitioning.

Cardio is different than what most promote. I prefer short, intense cardio to really increase the energy deficit and even to stimulate hypertrophy of the legs. HIIT works well for this style of cardio. No hour long sessions on stairclimber to burn off 200 kcals and have no post-exercise benefit.

As for steroids, I don't think there is any major benefit to high androgen or low androgen cycles, both are effective. If you are sensitive to estrogen, then add some Clomid or Anastrazole. Use what is available and cheap...no reason to try whipping up some exotic cycle and only to find out it produces no better results than plain test and Deca.

Thermogenics/anorectants are a must for endomorphs. Clen with T3, EC (A), ractopamine, phentermine, fenfluramine, yohimbine, etc. Many of these agents are known to protect lean body mass while dieting.

I'm an endomorph and I use eca -that helps a lot! The only prob is I lose fat everywhere except my lower abs and love handles (speaking of estrogenic effects). I'm gonna try yohimburn to see if I can get rid of that fat.

I'm including t3/clen in my upcoming (first) cycle...i'll keep you updated on my results.

1-4 dbol 35mg/ed
arimidex 1mg/eod

Question: would 1mg/eod of arimidex be okay for a first cycle? How much and how long do use arimidex post cycle?
