Is it me or does the elliptical seem so much easier then more impact forms of cardio (treadmill or outdoors running)?
Trying to find the most comfortable form of cardio for me to do HIIT daily, and it seems that elliptical seems almost too easy. Does the elliptical work you as much or "as good" as running on the treadmill? Is it all just my imagination? I do happen to sweat more, but I'm not as tired..
