My friends Elite is always looking for new leaders to help us keep this great site running smooth but most of all turn around and help the next group of new members behind them.

The way a site like this stays strong and coninues to be the best in the industry is by its leaders and its vets giving back what they have gotten out of the site. We are always looking for new leaders to help us do just that.

I look for people who have a lot of respect for others and a desire to help others for no other reason then feeling good about what they do. Being a leader here on ef is now about having super powers and stupid things like this. Its a job that take a lot and gives almost nothing. I try to take care of our leaders as best I can but many times leaders do everything and get almost nothing in return.

So If you like helping others and want to help this site. The feel free to get out there and do so. I will almost always notice you if you are helping on the forums a lot. Feel free to post up if you are interested. THen go out and help the site and I will be watching you. We need mentors on all forums.
