Elite member of the week survey questions???

What questions would you like the Elite Member of the Week to answer in a survey???

What are the 10-20 questions that you would ask someone in order to gain knowlege about their training history and philosophy???

What do you think that they should discuss?

What would be most beneficial to YOU if you were to interview someone about their training and philosophy as well as their complete training history???

Their training journal. I like to see history of workouts. It is easier to see where strength atheletes improve. you can immediately see the volume, frequency, rep range used etc. you can ask them the questions but viewing the data first hand is better.

For those seeking hypertrophy as their main goal an additional diet journal as well.

How long have you been training and/or bodybuilding?
What supplements/drugs (if any) are you using?
What is your routine/training split like?
Where do you train?
Why do you train?/What are your goals?
What was your most challenging session?
Age?

there are TONS of questions that can be answered.

Speaking of questions, B Fold, where exactly is your event being held? I want to go to mapquest.com and find some directions :)

Going to try and not repeat the suggestions thus far,;

1.Training history, i.e. what have their goals been at different times, what type of training were they doing throughout their time training, explain why they did what they did and why they changed things when they did.

2. Problems they have faced.

3. Views on their body parts, what took a lot of time to get growing and how did they overcome it.

4. Where do they see themselves in 2 years time in regards to their training.

5. Asides from Progressive resistance, food/protein, rest and attitude what do they view as most critical to improvement.

Looks good so far. Here are a few ideas. I'm sure others will follow.

1) Who/what has the biggest influence on your training?

2) What advice would you give to someone just starting out?

1. Age
2. Height
3. Weight
4. Measurments.
5. Approx Body fat %
6. years training.
7. types of programs done in past, and current one.
8. opinion on which program is the best for you.
9. whats your routine.
10. What do you eat for bulking.
11. What do you eat for diet.
12. What type of music do you train too.
13. do you prefer to workout with or without a partner.
14. how did you get started lifting.
15. what are your goals.
16. what sport do you train for, or have competed in the past.
17.What are your favorite lifts.
18. who inspires you .
19. what are your other hobbies/school./work/family.
20. What is your best Squat / Bench / Deadlift / Overhead Press.

IMO this list is pretty much perfect.

A few things can probably be added to it though, i'll post on this thread if I can think of them. :)
