Last week I broke my wrist and hand in a motorcycle accident. The Dr. said I could not work out for about 8 weeks.
I will continue to work out my lower body but there is not much I can do for my upper body.
I was wondering if anyone here has ever used those electronic work-out machines that are on TV? (would it be worth buying one)
I am not looking to get huge from the machine, I just want to maintain what I have, until I can work out again.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

From my understanding you'd have better luck if you just give me your money and it will make you feel better! I've hear that consumer products is sueing them for false advertizements. Watch you $$$!

Eight weeks is not all that long a time. Plus it's likely that you won't wait that long despite what the doctor tells you. I think your time and money would be better spent watching your diet until you can workout again.
