What do you guys use in the pan when you fry your eggs? Also when making an ommlete or scrambled what do you add? I need some new ideas of things to throw on my eggs, Im getting so sick of them!
 
try some tabasco. I just chug the liquid (pasturized egg whites) or eat them hardboiled plain... have yet to get creative with them.

If you're bulking I'm sure you've got maaaany more options as to if you were cutting.

Bulking add one's for eggs:

ham, cheese, brocolli, whatever you like... salsa is a fav. of mine though.
 
Swiss chard or spinach is awesome with scrambled eggs. I also like mushrooms with eggs (with or without cheese). Or garlic , onions and a variety off peppers. I fry em up in a non-stick pan with a tbls. of xtra virgin olive oil. My favorite omlette consists of diced steak (already cooked), garlic, portabella mushrooms and chedder cheese :p

i was going to ask about eggs as well...

how many eggs do you guys have at a sitting...? how many calories are in 5 whites, and 2 yolks...?

do you guys eat the whole egg, or separate them...? do you add milk to them, or just as is...?
 
Eggs have been demonized in the past, but they are actually a very good food. They in fact help reduce plaque in the arteries. They contain a Luetin and zeaxanthial(I believe 165 mg. per egg), which are phytonutrients that prevent cholesterol from oxidizing and accumulating in the arteries.
