hey i was wondering is there any fat in egg whites? Or does it all reside in the yolk? Random but i wasnt really sure and someone here always has the answer to a question x-)

Per fitday.com:
1 large egg white has: 16.5 cals, 0g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 3.47g protein

1 large egg yolk has: 60.86 cals, 5.25g fat (1.62 sat, .715 poly, 2g mono), 217.77mg cholesterol, 2.85g protien

isn't the yolk helpful for digesting the protein? doesn't the body require some fat to convert the protein to amino acids? if there's not fat, will it just convert to glucose?

The yolk is rich in fat but also in vitamin A

and as for protein the whole egg is better than the white only
