If you guys had a choice while bulking to eat 8 eggs (600 calories) everyday or 7-8 cups of milk (600 calories) everyday what would you choose?

I guess the question is what do you think is better for putting on size - eggs or milk? :chomp:

I noticed I respond better to highER fat rather than high carbs. Obviously I need both, but I need more fat to grow, as noticed from prev. exp, so I would choose eggs due to higher protein count, and higher fat count.

The milk has like 8g protein per 12 g carbs - in any case, the carb count (lactose, a sugar) is higher than the protein. I like to get my carbs from somewhere more filling as bread, pasta etc.

But since youre bulking, treat yourself to both!
note that eggs+milk can give you bad ass stomach pains, avatar. ive had bag exps.

peace

Milk is for babies and milk protein is harder to digest for many, especially with the amount of processing that milk goes through. Eggs all the way.

Remember what Arnold said? Milk is for babies.

^^^ and milk is full of sugars.
Not really good for you.

Eggs are much better for an adult by far. Around 4 or 5 not 100% of the age but our bodies stop producing lactase the enzyme required to break down lactose. So as an adult you don't really get the nutrients from milk.

Ever heard of the gallon of milk challenge? That's why it is nearly impossible to do it.

Ive been eating 6-7 whole eggs everyday and at 7grms of protein per egg is a big source of protein in my daily diet. I have been shedding fat so it doesnt have an effect on me fat wise

that only works on dudes who are like thin sticks. i'm talking those 18 year olds you see at the gym who have those skinny chests and wife beaters on.

if you are an adult i would hope you are eating real food.. cage free eggs are possibly the most perfect food for muscle building short of sweet potatoes

This is eggs in a landslide... Milk does not even enter my home... I stick with egg whites but a whole egg now and then is great... Eggs are one if the secrets i have that help me hold muscle even with the high amounts of cardio i do... I go so far as to when i eat special k protein cereal, i use sobe flavored water on it... Even skim milk is bad... Eggs are one of the best muscle builders out there

I was that guy 3 1/2 yrs ago. Was 6' 155 lbs. I thought milk would build muscle and put on lbs but for me it put the wrong knd of weight. Behind beef and chicken breasts eggs have been my best protein and essential vitamin source

yeah i was a big milk guy in my younger years too. i remember as a kid going through the coupons sunday morning and picking out cereal that i wanted. i do believe all that cereal i ate as a kid has contributed to my stomach ailments as an adult ... a lot of times thats all i would eat as a kid. and i'm talking about sugary cereals.. corn flakes i would dump tons of sugar on in addition to all that sugar from the whole fat milk we were fed.

essentially my diet was corn, sugar, and fat. amazing that i was a skinny kid but not amazing how many times my mom would have to come to school to pick me up cause i would throw up all over myself or get sick

any parent who feeds their kids cereal are cheap and lazy fucks period.

Milk bloats me and gives me terrible skin.. hate the stuff
