Just curious to know how other people eat em. Taste gets old very quickly, so anyone want to share their egg white recipes?

I add them to my oats in the morning. 4 whites and oatmeal and microwave. Very good. Gets protein and fiber all in one. Need it a little sweeter? Add a pinch of truvia and its perfect.

Drink em with whey... I do this sooooo often and I will add tblspoon flax oil a well

There was a study that showed drinking egg whites only gives you 50% of the protein, cooking it will give you 90%+ of the protein, unless you go and get the liquid pasteurized egg white then its ok to drink.

That sounds like an interesting idea. So do the eggs solidify, like an oatmeal omelet?

I put pasteurized egg whites in everything... 1/2 cup in my iced coffee every morning... 1/2 cup on my Kellogg's ProteinPlus cereal... Added to protein shakes...

They don't really add any taste. Makes the coffee kind of creamy.

As for the protein values of raw vs cooked, I recall reading somewhere just the opposite. Something about cooking breaking down the protein. Either way, for me, liquid whites are easy to incorporate into any meal.
